As revealed by Prince Harry, Prince Archie once received an unusual Christmas gift from the late Queen Elizabeth II.
During a visit on The Late Late Show, Harry revealed to James Corden that the unusual present for the royal child was a waffle maker.
Harry explained that it was a request from Meghan Markle: “My grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas, and Meg said a waffle maker.”
The Queen then had the waffle maker shipped directly to the Sussexes’ Montecito, California home, where Meghan has been accused of isolating her family.
Harry shared: “So she sent us a waffle maker for Archie, so breakfast now Meg makes up a beautiful organic mix, in the waffle maker, flip it, out it comes. He loves it.”“And now I have waffles for breakfast, bit of yogurt, bit of jam on top. I don’t know if that’s the right thing to do. Berries, bit of honey.”
James Corden, who recently revealed his Ozempic use, responded: “Sorry, you’re glossing over the fact that I cannot for the life of me imagine the Queen ordering a waffle maker to be sent to Santa Barbara. I can’t get my head around it.”
Harry replied: “I don’t even know how to comment on that. Archie wakes up in the morning and literally just goes, ‘waffle?’”

This wasn’t the first instance the royals have gifted each other quirky items for Christmas. In 2017, Meghan sent the Queen a singing hamster toy.
