The DGA Awards are made up of 11 competitive categories across film, TV and commercials.
The 77th annual DGA awards have been set for next year with the organisers announcing the ceremony date.
While the organisers are still figuring out voting schedules, key deadlines and a nomination date for when the list of names for key categories will be out, the Directors Guild of America said that it will hold its next year’s DGA Awards on February 8, 2025, at the Beverly Hilton.
The announcement comes after the 2025 film awards season was revealed with The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences setting March 2 as the date for next year’s Oscars ceremony.
The DGA Awards are traditionally made up of 11 competitive categories across film, TV and commercials.

His film Oppenheimer also won big at the Oscars, including Best Director and Best Actor for Cillian Murphy. It won a total of six Oscars including Best Picture.
