The Stockton Town Board meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the town building. At the board meeting in January, the reorganizational meeting was held. David Wilson is the town supervisor, with board members John Beichner, Olivia Lee, Hannah Abram, and John Sipos. Aaron Burnett is the town highway superintendent, and Kathryn Palmer is the town clerk. Allen Chase is the budget officer. Since Sipos was elected to the board in November, he had to be administered the oath of office using the Bible, and sign the official register. Shown in the photograph is Town Supervisor Wilson officiating Councilman Sipos as he signs the official register. The town of Stockton was formed more than 200 years ago, and has a population of more than 2,000 residents.
