It’s been almost three years, to the month, since SRM Development purchased an old 18-unit Bellevue condominium from the individual owners. Plans later emerged to redevelop the property at 1125 102nd Ave. N.E., which is a little north of downtown — but still walkable to Bellevue Square and the new light-rail station.
