The Sports Broadcasting Fund was established for situations like the ongoing wildfires in the Los Angeles area. If you or someone you know who works in the sports broadcasting industry is facing financial or other hardships due to the wildfires please apply today for assistance as our goal is to provide a wide range of support to help sports industry professionals recover from disaster, illness, and more.
“The fund last year supported a number of families impacted by Hurricane Helene on the East Coast and once again we are ready to help those who may be in need on the West Coast,” says Ken Kerschbaumer, Sports Broadcasting Fund, secretary. “Last year we donated nearly $400,000 to more than 50 families, an important financial resource that truly makes a difference.”
