With the new Colman Dock essentially done, and the waterfront redo nearly wrapped, the building now faces a much brighter future.
About four years ago, mid-pandemic, gaming company Big Fish moved out of the Maritime Building, at 911 Western Ave. on the downtown waterfront, leaving all the offices vacant. Flinn Ferguson Cresa was then charged with subleasing the space. That’s about 186,806 square feet, on seven floors.
