Pioneer Square’s historic Globe Building, at 310 First Ave. S. , sold this week for a little over $8.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was the estate of the late, lauded landscape architect Grant Jones, who died three years ago, and a related LLC. Principals at Jones & Jones had owned the building for decades — initially with partners.
