At Cornish College, plans for consolidating its various buildings and facilities date back to before the Great Recession. Notably, in recent years, it has sold Denny Triangle properties to Holland Partner Group, where high-rise apartments now stand. Three years ago, the arts school announced the future disposition of Kerry Hall — once the private home of school founder, in 1914, Nellie Cornish — at 710 E. Roy St. That’s near the north end of Broadway, near the former Harvard Exit cinemas.
