In southeast Bellevue, near Mercer Slough, the 56-acre Bellefield Office Park went on the market in the spring of 2022, but found no buyer. Lionstone Investments and Talon Private Capital had acquired the park, at and around at 1309 114th Ave. S.E., in 2014 for about $120 million.
