The apartments are conveniently located near a Costco.

Alvista Lake Meridian, at 14901 S.E. 272nd St., sold earlier this week for a little over $40.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Lake Meridian 175 Owner LLC, which acquired the garden apartments in December of 2019 for $39.6 million. That LLC is associated with Phoenix Realty Group and partner Hanover Real Estate Investors, both based in the Bay Area.
