The building is in the north end of Greenwood, near Holman Road.

Work began in early 2022 on the 48-unit apartment project now known as J2 Fifty-One, at 9736 Greenwood Ave. N. Berkadia put the six-story building on the market in March of last year, unpriced and under construction. And last week came the city-issued temporary certificate of occupancy.
