Block 5 is left of Block 6, on the corner of 124th Avenue Northeast.
Broderick Group said last year that the Block 5 and Block 6 office buildings in the Spring District were on the market. Of the two, Block 5 remains empty while Block 6 was subleased last year from Meta/Facebook to Snowflake, a fellow tech company. The owners and developers at the Spring District are Wright Runstad and Shorenstein Properties, who have sold other buildings there in the past.
