Once occupied by F5 Networks, before it moved downtown, three old buildings in Lower Queen Anne were rebranded in 2022 as Unison Elliott Bay. The trio, at 351, 401 and 501 Elliott Ave. W., is immediately east of the waterfront and railroad tracks. The three total about 300,000 square feet of lab and office space.
