Prince Harry has been accused of destroying evidence by an attorney for the publisher of ‘The Sun.’ Harry’s lawsuit against ‘The Sun’ claims they violated his privacy by illegally spying on him. Attorney Anthony Hudson claims the Duke of Sussex deliberately deleted text messages to the ghostwriter of his memoir, ‘Spare.’ Hudson claimed Harry created an “obstacle course” to getting documents they were seeking from his former lawyer and staff. The Prince’s lawyer, David Sherborne, told News Group Newspapers that the accusation is a “classic fishing expedition”. Harry is one of many claimants, including actor Hugh Grant, who have accused News Group journalists of violating their privacy unlawfully.
