There are a few clubs who stand out as wanting to be particularly active in the January window:
There are plenty of names already mentioned and throw in a new manager at Manchester United, well-known injury problems at Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham, and the potential for plenty of teams to be in the title race (and plenty more than that in the top four, European hunt and the relegation scrap) and we can expect a busy winter window.
