Rockefeller Group
Peter Kolinsky serves as the director of design and construction at Rockefeller Group, a prominent real estate developer, owner and operator that was established in 1928.
With more than a decade of experience in design and construction in New York City, Kolinsky specializes in high-rise residential and industrial development. He oversees all phases of the design and construction process, including consultant management, budgeting, schedule development and project delivery.
Kolinsky is actively involved in Rockefeller Group’s projects across the New York metropolitan area, including Long Island, and he provides support to Rockefeller Group’s Mid-Atlantic region on industrial and data center projects and initiatives. He recently oversaw the construction of Rockefeller Group’s two Long Island industrial properties: Crossways Logistics Center and 55 Paradise Lane.
Crossways Logistics Center is a 145,200-square-foot distribution building in Woodbury, of which 104,544 square feet is currently available. The other property, 55 Paradise Lane, is a new 172,622-square-foot, Class-A distribution building in Bay Shore, which is currently available for lease.
Kolinsky earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Central Connecticut State University.
