Sean Sullivan has been named as a member of McGlinchey Stafford.
Sullivan joined the firm in early 2024 as of counsel. He represents clients in first party property claims and has 15 years of experience in insurance coverage and defense.
He earned a bachelor’s from Georgetown University and a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Gina Klein is now chief financial officer and chief operations officer for Magnolia Community Services.
Klein has nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit management in accounting and operations. She previously served as senior director of finance for the ARC of GNO and director of operations for the New Orleans Opera Association.
Melissa Parmelee has joined Habitat for Humanity of Greater Baton Rouge as development director.
Parmelee has more than 15 years of leadership and development experience, with organizations such as Capital Area United Way, Kids’ Orchestra and St. James Episcopal Church.
She earned a bachelor’s in mass communications, public relations from LSU.

Lauren Hadden has joined SSG as senior associate.
She joins SSG, formerly known as Southern Strategy Group of Louisiana, after spending the past four years as general counsel for the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry. Before that, Hadden was an attorney with Taylor Porter.
She earned a bachelor’s in political communication from the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication and a law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

The Louisiana Association of Business and Industry has hired three employees.
Rowdy Gaudet will serve as senior vice president of marketing and strategic communications.
Gaudet has more than a decade of policy and communication experience, most recently at V. Graham, a financial services firm. He is a member of the East Baton Rouge Parish Metro Council.
He earned a bachelor’s in communications from McNeese State University, a master’s in business administration from LSU and an executive certificate in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Luke Bullock is now political director and will also lead LABI’s energy and environmental quality council. Bullock has held positions with the Texas Department of Transportation, the office of former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, the Texas House of Representatives, the 2020 Republican National Convention and the U.S. Department of the Interior.
He earned a bachelor’s in political science and business law from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Shelby Dunbar is director of government relations, where she will lead the civil justice and technology councils.
She earned a law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
