Maggie Spell has rejoined Jones Walker as the firm’s first chief human resources officer.
Spell joined the firm as an associate in 2009. From 2017 to 2022 she was a partner in the labor and employment practice group. She most recently served as director of operations for Magnolia Community Services, a nonprofit organization that supports adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
She earned a bachelor’s in English from the College of Charleston Honors College, a law degree and a graduate diploma in comparative law from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Treshur Jones has joined Waste Pro as territory manager for north Baton Rouge.
Jones founded Geaux Waste Services in 2018. Waste Pro acquired Geaux Waste in August.
She will serve as the market expert for commercial and construction businesses in St. Francisville, New Roads, Zachary and Jackson.
