Lima One Capital, an Upstate-based lender for real estate investors, has hired mortgage industry veteran Patrick Journy as its chief financial officer.
He will lead the company’s accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and capital markets groups.
“Patrick brings a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, and strategic operations,” said Josh Woodward, Lima One’s CEO. “His history of building robust financial infrastructures, managing large-scale integrations, and innovating solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance is impressive. Journy has 15 years of accounting and finance leadership in the mortgage industry and has served in C-level financial roles for both mortgage lenders and mortgage REITs since 2018.
He served as chief accounting officer with Angel Oak Mortgage REIT Inc. and as CFO with JFQ Lending and Mortgage Assets Management.
