Viking Bank recently appointed Jessy Wicht as its newest vice president and business and agriculture banker. Wicht will be serving clients from both the Alexandria and Ashby branches, specializing in providing financial solutions for agricultural producers and commercial businesses.
Jessy holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University and brings over a decade of experience as a business ag lender. His knowledge and commitment to helping clients navigate lending options, manage risk, and achieve their financial goals make him a valuable resource for farmers and business owners looking to grow and strengthen their operations.

Meghann Edwards has been promoted to AVP, retail manager at Gate City Bank in Alexandria.
She joined the bank in January 2013, previously serving as retail manager, personal banking supervisor, personal banker, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and fraud investigator, electronic banking specialist and customer service representative.
Edwards is originally from Fargo, ND. Outside of work, she has served as a board member, social events chair and inclusivity leader for the Young Professionals Network. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to local nonprofits, riding her motorcycle and playing with her two cats, Harley and Annie.

Jan Cook has been promoted to AVP, senior personal lender at Gate City Bank in Alexandria.

Cook is originally from Alexandria. In her free time, she loves visiting the lake, whether that means enjoying waves in the summertime or being out on the ice in the winter.
