MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are investigating after tens of thousands of dollars worth of jerseys were stolen from a downtown business.
Police were called to the business in the 100 block of South Pinckney Street at around 8 a.m. Saturday. Nine authentically signed NBA jerseys that were hanging in a window were stolen.
It is unclear how the culprits got into the business. All together, the total loss was valued at around $20,000.
An MPD spokesperson said detectives are working to gather video evidence from the business and surrounding area.
