Here’s a recap of the city of Greenville’s Design Review Board’s meeting on Jan. 16.
The Design Review Board unanimously approved the architectural designs for two identical buildings part of the Mosaic development by Saint Capital LLC.
Both multifamily buildings will be three stories tall, feature a rooftop terrace and front Mosaic Drive. When reviewing the designs, the board advised the developer to modify the outdoor fireplace on the rooftop terrace.
The two residential buildings will be located in the development’s second phase known as Mosaic Townes. Phase two of the project consists of 22 buildings located on 6.86 acres off Academy Street. After the vote, the board has now approved four of the eight building designs for this portion of the development.
