Back in 2017, a pair of office buildings at the Bellewood Office Park sold to a local investor for $16 million. They’re at 2229-2233 112th Ave N.E., a little west of Interstate 405 in the north end of Bellevue. CBRE has been seeking to fill the pair with tenants or sell. The asking price for both is a little over $22.3 million. The county assessment is about 20% lower.
