A commercial property in Miller Place has sold for $2 million.
Rena Hope LLC purchased the 11,000-square-foot building on 1.67 acres at 195 North Country Road.
The property was formerly home to the Miller Place Inn, a catering and event business that closed earlier this year.
The buyer plans to invest in renovations and open a new catering hall at the property next year, according to a broker on the deal.
Bryan Karp of Coldwell Banker American Homes represented the buyer, while Carmine LiBretti of Industry One Realty represented the seller, Regina Long Island LLC, in the sales transaction.
“This is a great opportunity for the purchaser to start a new catering facility in a desirable location,” LiBretti said.
