Rapper Megan Thee Stallion has secured another legal win as Tory Lanez received his sentence.
She was granted a five-year restraining order against Tory, who is currently incarcerated.
In her court statement, Megan expressed her ongoing trauma: “It just seems like I have to relive it every day. The person who shot me won’t let me forget it … I feel like maybe he’ll shoot me again, and maybe this time I won’t make it.”
She had previously sought the restraining order, alleging that Tory persistently tried to contact and harass her.
According to court docs seen by the Mirror, she accuses him of using individuals like Elizabeth Milagro Cooper to spread lies—a matter for which Megan filed a lawsuit against Elizabeth earlier this year.Megan contends that an examination of prison phone records suggests a “coordinated effort” by Tory to conduct “psychological warfare” against her.
Additionally, Megan’s attorneys highlight Zelle payments, indicating that Tory’s father may have sent Milagro $3,000 between Oct. 28, 2020, and March 3, 2022.
Tory’s lawyers have previously dismissed claims regarding attempts to undermine Megan’s new Amazon Prime documentary, as reported by TMZ: “Megan’s claim that Tory filed legal docs to undermine her new Amazon Prime documentary is “ridiculous”.
She claims that she was manipulated into a “mouthpiece and puppet” for an individual named Tory, with a “deepfake pornographic video” of her allegedly being circulated.

Back in Dec. 2022, Tory was convicted on three felony counts connected to the July 12, 2020 shooting incident following a dispute after leaving Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood residence.
