Bruce Willis‘ daughter Rumer offered an update on the silver screen king’s ongoing battle with frontotemporal dementia during the screening of Trail of Vengeance by SkipStone Pictures on Thursday (October 17).
Rumer told E!News that the Die Hard star was doing "really well" lately, and that she sees him often.
"He’s doing really well. I’ve seen him like the other the other day, right before I left and we got to all go over, and it was so wonderful."
Rumer went on to describe the 69-year-old’s role as a grandfather to her daughter, revealing that their relationship is "such a beautiful thing."
Willis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022. Rumer unveiled the tragic news of his dementia battle in February 2023, detailing symptom progression.
Willis has since experienced a series of ups and down associated with dementia progression and the incurable nature of the disheartening disorder. However, his last few health reports have been positive with two of his daughters revealing that he is doing well and that his condition is "stable."
