Krispy Kreme said Wednesday it is entering Germany with its sweet treats through a partnership with restaurant group ISH Kreme.
The initial entry point will be shops in Berlin in early 2025. ISH manages 300 Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut restaurants throughout Germany.
Krispy Kreme has identified potential new global market entries that includes Italy, Portugal and Spain. In December, the bakery company opened shops in Paris and has its sights set on South America.
Krispy Kreme has said its long-term goal is to have at least 75,000 global points of access — 15,000 of which would be in the U.S.
