With 23 years of experience in the industrial real estate market, Jason Miller is widely recognized as a dedicated, skilled and knowledgeable real estate professional. These qualities have allowed Miller to represent some of Long Island’s largest industrial landlords, properties and portfolios while enabling him to meet and even exceed his clients’ operational and financial objectives.
Based in Jericho, he is co-founder and managing principal of Premier Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate service provider offering personalized and strategic solutions for user purchasers, investors, property owners and tenants. The company has an in-depth knowledge and sharp focus on the Long Island market, where its services range from property sales and leasing to property valuation, tax-advantaged 1031 exchanges, portfolio development and marketing. Premier Commercial Real Estate has long-established relationships with the Nassau and Suffolk Industrial Development Agencies, which assist tenants and purchasers of properties by providing property tax, sales tax and mortgage tax relief, among other incentives.
Miller focuses on maintaining and growing Premier Commercial Real Estate’s client base in addition to sharing responsibilities for the company’s day-to-day operations with fellow Co-Founder and Managing Principal Jeffrey Schwartzberg.
Miller received several recent accolades from LIBN, including Top Industrial Team and Largest Industrial Portfolio Sale for 2024 and Top Industrial Broker and Largest Industrial Lease Transaction in Nassau County for 2023. He also is a recipient of a CoStar Power Broker award and an LIBN 40 Under Forty Award.
Miller lives in Cold Spring Harbor with his wife, Brooke, and sons Jesse, Alex and Max.
