BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The City of Buffalo’s Department of Permit and Inspection Services issued a ticket to a business on Hertel Avenue.
We don’t know the business’s name, but it’s located at 1783 Hertel Avenue. According to city officials, the business was operating without a license.
Just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Buffalo police saw a large crowd gathered outside the establishment.
Police said the 44-year-old owner is being fined for operating an illegal speakeasy, possessing alcohol in public places, and employing an unregistered bouncer.
