From a comprehensive knowledge exam to an in-depth professional discussion and practical assessments.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>Max had to demonstrate not just technical ability, but also precision, diligence, and a sharp eye for detail. </span><br><br><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: -webkit-standard, serif;">His skills were put to the test across a range of core greenkeeping tasks, including tractor operations, mowing, hole changing, bunker and tee ground maintenance, and even grass identification, all while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.Beyond the practical work, Max also compiled an extensive portfolio of evidence, showcasing his knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours. </span><br><br><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: -webkit-standard, serif;">His hard work and dedication culminated in a landmark achievement, officially recognised by Lantra as the first completion of this new standard in the UK.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: -webkit-standard, serif;">Reflecting on his success, Max says: “I was thrilled to achieve the qualification.
