The League of Women Voters of the Greater Dayton Area is inviting the public to join them on Jan. 28 for Capitol Chat, a discussion of Ohio politics with area journalists.
The discussion will cover the biggest political stories from 2024 and what to expect for 2025.
Panelists include Dayton Daily News statehouse reporter Avery Kreemer and investigative reporter Josh Sweigart, along with Ohio Public Radio and Television Statehouse News Bureau’s Jo Ingles and WYSO News Director Samantha Sommer.
The event is free and open to the public at the Basanni Theatre Off Third on the third floor of the Dayton Metro Library at 215 E. Third St. in Dayton.
The league asked that attendees RSVP by Jan. 26 by emailing admin@lwvdayton.org.
If there is inclement weather, the event will be held via Zoom, though attendees must provide an email address to be notified of the change and receive a link for the event.
