The apartments are a few blocks notheast of Northgate Station.
What some may recall as Cogir of Northgate, a senior housing community in the Pinehurst neighborhood, sold in the fall of 2023 to local investors. The Cogir facility was vacant when Kidder Mathews put it on the market.
