NEW YORK — Front Office Sports, the leading multiplatform media and news organization covering the business of sports, today announced the debut of NILOSOPHY, a show hosted by University of Oregon basketball star Deja Kelly. The first episode will air March 21, marking the relaunch of the series on Front Office Sports following the recent acquisition of the show from ByUs Media, which will continue to produce the show. NILOSOPHY’s launch partners include Nike and Olipop, two brands that are committed to supporting the empowerment of athletes.
NILOSOPHY offers an inside look at the world of NIL (name, image, and likeness) from the perspective of the athletes and executives navigating this quickly evolving landscape. The show features candid conversations about wealth, personal branding, legacy, and it highlights how NIL presents an opportunity for college athletes to build their names and create lasting impact, both on and off the field. The season will consist of eight episodes, released every other week, and align with major sports events like March Madness, the NFL Draft, and the WNBA season. Upcoming guests include Raven Johnson, Kiyan Anthony, Olivia Miles, Mia & Mya Pauldo, and more.
“Having the chance to relaunch NILOSOPHY on Front Office Sports, and reach their growing and loyal audience, is incredibly exciting,” said Kelly. “I’m looking forward to continuing the conversation about what NIL means for athletes as they make commitment and transfer decisions, and how it’s reshaping college sports.”
“College sports is undergoing a fundamental business transformation driven in large part by NIL,” said Front Office Sports CEO Adam White. “With Deja Kelly’s leadership and perspective, this series will give audiences a front row seat to how NIL is impacting every level of college sports—from the athletes who are signing the deals to the executives who are navigating the ongoing structural changes.”
“We created NILOSOPHY to go beyond the headlines and give fans, athletes, and industry members an in-depth look at the NIL landscape from the athletes’ point of view,” said ByUs Media founder and CEO Olivia Hancock. “No one has a better track record of giving its subscribers next-level access and insights than FOS, and we’re so excited for the franchise to grow as part of the FOS ecosystem.”
Host Deja Kelly was Dunkin’s first NIL partner and has multiple equity-based NIL deals, making her a leading figure in the NIL space, and bringing a unique perspective to the show. A former standout at North Carolina, where she was a three-time All-ACC selection, and now using her final year of eligibility at the University of Oregon, Kelly also brings a background in sports journalism to the table, having covered games as a sideline reporter.
NILOSOSPHY will be available on Front Offices Sports’ website, social media platforms, and Deja Kelly’s social channels, reaching her 1.4 million followers. The show will be streaming on YouTube, Apple, Spotify, and everywhere podcasts are available. Follow NILOSOPHY on Instagram and TikTok for more.
