Crouse Health has announced that Rebecca Houde has been appointed director of human resources.
She most recently served as chief human resources officer for Helio Health (formerly Syracuse Behavioral Healthcare). Prior to that, she was human resources director for SBH and also served in various human resources roles for Empire Vision Centers in Syracuse.
