Christina Applegate recently revealed that she was hospitalized over "30 times" and suffered repetitive symptoms.
The Bad Moms actress zoomed in on her Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and the uncomfortable ailments attached to the autoimmune disease in the latest episode of her iHeartRadio podcast MeSsy with co-host Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
The standout addressed a comment from a listener who was also diagnosed with MS and endured frequent diarrhea and vomiting. Applegate unveiled that nearly every time she goes to relieve herself, she also throws up. These symptoms, along with "excruciating" stomach pain, have landed the star in the hospital more than 30 times, and doctors are still unsure whether it has something to do with the disease despite Applegate having undergone "every test known to man."
The Anchorman sensation has a colonoscopy scheduled to determine if the symptoms are related to MS, and advised listeners battling the condition to "Always have a little trash can next to your toilet. Because you can do both without it being messy."
Applegate was diagnosed with the disease in 2021, per TMZ, and has since been very open about her struggles. In December 2024, the standout shone a spotlight on a health complication she experienced while filming Netflix series Dead To Me in 2019. Applegate would constantly fall and lose her balance on set, only to find out years later that this was the "first sign" of the life-altering disease.
