The Athens Chamber of Commerce has revamped its Business of the Month recognition, returning to its previous format of honoring a Small, Medium, and Large Business instead of selecting just one overall winner. Each month, businesses and individuals who make a significant impact on the community are nominated by the public, and the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee carefully selects the winners.
The March honorees were celebrated at the Chamber luncheon held at The Nightingale Events, with food provided by Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Island Tans contributed a Volcano candle, and the Cain Center YMCA donated a one-month membership as raffle prizes. Attendees had a great time with a lively game where they introduced their business or profession using only three words, sparking plenty of creativity and laughter with some truly clever responses.
