A few steps east of Overlake Village Station, the two-story Overlake Terrace senior community dates to 1989. It has about 151 units, with memory care and assisted living. That sloping 4.7-acre property, at 2956 152nd Ave. N.E., sold five years ago for over $32 million to Stellar Senior Living of Salt Lake City.
