It was a big day in the CAA as Charleston earned its second 40-point victory in conference play, while a handful of teams came from behind to earn a conference win.
Campbell 58, Towson 57

Down 56-44 with less than five minutes in the game, Campbell (17-10, 10-5) never backed down to defeat Towson 58-57 (9-18, 7-9).
Audrey Fueller got the run going, first with a free throw then a 3-pointer, before Jasmine Felton knocked down the next five points for the Camels. Olivia Tucker hit a driving layup before Anasia Stanton got on the board for the Tigers with a free throw. With 1:40 on the clock and down 57-55, Oliva Tucker came in clutch with a trey ball to swing the advantage in favor of Campbell. Campbell closed out the game on a 14-1 run to take the win, restricting Towson to no field goals through the last 4:58 of the matchup. Tucker’s 16 was the game-high for the Camels while India Johnston led Towson with 12.
Charleston 91, Elon 51

A first-half explosion of office led Charleston (20-6, 11-4) to a 91-51 win over Elon (13-13, 7-8).
Outscoring the Phoenix 49-30 through the first twenty minutes, Charleston was on fire scoring on a .531 clip from the field. Taryn Barbot paced Charleston with 16 of her 21 points falling in the first half on 6 of 10 shooting. Charleston had seven scorers tack on four or more points in the first and didn’t allow an Elon player to reach double digits, as Ava Leroux reached nine. The 40-point win for Charleston marked its second-largest margin of victory in CAA action during the 2024-25 campaign, while its 91-point tally was the highest for the Cougars in conference play this year. Barbot finished as Charleston’s leading scorer, with Alyssa from Elon pacing her squad with 12.
Drexel 75, Monmouth 65

Laine Mcgurk scored a season-high 14 points to lift Drexel (16-9, 12-3) past Monmouth (13-13, 8-7) 75-65.
Mcgurk’s point tally clinched a top-four seed in the postseason, moving Drexel to 12 conference wins on the season. Coming into the matchup, the sophomore was averaging 3.9 points per game, nearly tripling her season average with her performance. Mcgurk contributed to the Dragon’s .482 shooting clip from the floor, going 4 for 8 herself, while Drexel locked Monmouth down defensively limiting the Hawks to 16.7% from deep. Amaris Baker tied Drexel’s team-high with 14 while Damaris Rodriguez led the field with 25 points for Monmouth.
William & Mary 71, Northeastern 51

William & Mary (11-15, 8-7) sprinted out to a 25-13 lead in the first ten minutes to lead it past Northeastern (2-22, 1-14) 71-51.
Cassidy Geddes (9) and Bella Nascimento (9) combined for 18 of the Tribe’s 25 points in the first quarter, helping William & Mary sprint out to an early lead. The pair traded buckets in the first minute of the frame and found the bottom of the basket as William & Mary went on a 12-4 run during a three-minute stretch. Nascimento finished with a team-high 20 points on the day alongside four rebounds and three assists. Abigail Jegede led the floor as she tallied 21 points for the Huskies.
N.C. A&T 67, UNCW 64

Closing out the third on a 9-0 run, N.C. A&T (17-9, 13-2) came from behind to win 67-64 over UNCW (13-15, 7-8).
A&T found itself down 34-25 at the start of the third, however, poured in 24 points to take a five-point win into the final 10 minutes. The Aggies worked itself back into the contest and was down 44-40 with two minutes on the clock. Within the final 58 seconds, A&T pieced together a 9-0 run kickstarted by a three from Maleia Bracone. Jordyn Dorsey found the cup seconds later, and after two free throws from Bracone, Daija Powell closed out the quarter with a second-chance layup to take a 49-44 lead. Bracone notched 12 of her 17 points in the third to lead A&T to victory. Taylor Henderson’s was the highest on the Seahawks squad.
Delaware 71, Stony Brook 62

Delaware(11-15, 8-8) put on a clinic from beyond the arc to earn a 71-62 victory over Stony Brook (11-15, 6-9).
Heading into the matchup, the Blue Hens lead the conference and sat 40th in the nation in 3-point percentage. Going 12 for 22 from deep in the contest, the Blue Hens shot on a .545 clip from deep (the second-highest of its season), and have now shot 50% or higher in five games. Rebecca Demeke fired in five threes on eight shots to add to contribute to her 16 points, with four of her teammates also knocking down a trey ball. Delaware was most prolific in the first going 4 for 4 from deep. Zaida Gonzalez had eight points for Stony Brook, and as a result, reached the 1,000-point club.
Hofstra 53, Hampton 47
Trailing by one with four minutes on the clock, Hofstra (11-15, 6-9) stormed back to take a 53-47 win over Hampton (6-20, 2-13).
With 4:09 on the clock, Hofstra found itself down 45-44 after a Cece Thomas jumper. Grabbing an offensive board, the Pride took advantage as Jamia Fargo hit a driving layup. Less than two minutes later, Hofstra found itself in the same situation with an opportunity for second-chance points off an offensive rebound, however this time it was Zyheima Swint who put the ball into the cup for the three-point lead. Jasha Clinton came down the other way and with 43 seconds on the clock scored a two-pointer, but Swint came in clutch with yet again another second-chance layup to seal the victory.
