Shannon Guarcello has joined Bravera Wealth in Bismarck in the role of wealth adviser.
Originally from Mandan, she has worked in the financial industry since 2000. Guarcello earned a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in speech/language hearing science from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Teresa Formo has joined the Essentia Health Walk-in Care-Bismarck 9th Street clinic.
Formo, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in walk-in care, received her medical education from North Dakota State University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Bismarck Public Schools has hired Nikki Schaff as an assistant principal for the elementary division.
She is a graduate of Dickinson State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. In 2019 Schaff graduated from NDSU with a master’s degree in educational leadership along with an elementary principal credential. She taught for nine years at Solheim and Liberty while participating in professional development and district-level committee work. For the last three years Schaff has been the instructional coach and assistant principal at Pioneer.
Her school assignment will be determined in early April.
North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund Member Services Representative Carrie Wingenbach has earned an Associate in Insurance Services designation.
Wingenbach completed courses and assessments in customer satisfaction, business analysis and process improvement while pursuing this designation.
