Lacey Steensland, Owner of Lifted Lotus yoga takes Wake Up NonStop Local through a seated yoga routine to start their morning.
KENNEWICK, Wash.- Lifted Lotus Yoga offers 30 classes per week, all of which are donation based. Lacey Steensland, Owner of Lifted Lotus Yoga Collective believes that yoga should be given as freely as possible. That is why all of the classes at her studio are donation-based.
“We don’t charge monthly fees,” said Steensland. “It’s just come in, pay what you can, if you can.”
Steensland said she wants to make yoga accessible to everyone.
“We believe in its healing properties and healing powers,” said Steensland.
Lifted Lotus Yoga has 22 instructors, offering classes in all ranges. Lifted Lotus also offers workshops, special events, retreats, private sessions and space rentals.
You can find the studio at 5608 West Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick.
