
PORTSMOUTH – HAVEN, formerly known as A Safe Place and Sexual Assault Support Services, is the chosen organization in March to receive the Employee Donation of the Month from Partners Bank.
Every month, Partners Bank selects an employee to choose an organization to receive a $1,000 donation. This month, Customer Service Assistant Arlene Machado was the chosen employee, and she selected HAVEN, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Portsmouth.
Partners Bank and its employees want a better future for the community and its members, and that is what the $1,000 donation to HAVEN will go towards.
ROCHESTER — The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce announced that Eastside Tavern & Busters Billiards will host a Business After Hours on Tuesday, April 8, from 5:30-7 p.m. This special event will take place at 43 Highland St., Rochester. PORTSMOUTH — Federal benefits administrator and marketplace operator FedPoint announces that it has won three 2025 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, each in the Customer Service and Contact Center Achievement categories, for its innovative use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the customer experience. FedPoint received a silver award for customer service transformation and two bronze awards for achievement in customer experience and in the use of data and analytics in customer service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals worldwide. Other Stevie Awards programs include the prestigious American Business Awardsand International Business Awards.

ROCHESTER – Holy Rosary Credit Union announced it has been recognized for the fifth year by MemberXP, a leading customer experience program offered through Credit Union Solutions Group (CUSG), as a recipient of its 2025 ‘Best of the Best’ award in the new member and loan experience categories. HRCU also received the 2025 AARP BankSafe Trained Seal for the fifth consecutive year.
HRCU is one of only 193 financial organizations nationally that earned the 2025 BankSafe Trained Seal, underscoring the credit union’s long-standing efforts to protect against the financial exploitation of its older members. The seal is awarded after at least 80 percent of front-end staff have completed the BankSafe training and the credit union has implemented rules and policies to directly address suspected financial exploitation. For the fifth year in a row, HRCU exceeded AARP’s requirements by requiring the training for all member-serving associates.
The 2025 MemberXP ‘Best of the Best’ Awards are based on insights from more than 2.6 million data points, reflecting the experiences of around 8.6 million credit union members. This comprehensive evaluation process utilizes key performance metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Member Effort Score (MES), allowing data experts to analyze and validate results meticulously. The distinguished award was presented in February as an annual recognition by CUSG, honoring credit unions that consistently excel in delivering exceptional service.
EXETER — The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) awarded tax credits to the Youth Success Project, a youth-led organization focused on centering and uplifting the voices and young people who have experienced unaccompanied homelessness. The organization will use the contributions to help fund their Director of Sustainability position and carry forward their mission to end youth homelessness. MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) was proud to purchase $10,000 in tax credits in support of their efforts.
