The initial south building, with 36 units, opened about two years ago.
About eight years ago, two apartment buildings were proposed for what’s now Arrow Plaza in Bellingham. Phase I, at 515 Telegraph Road, opened in 2022 with its 36 units. That three-story south building was designed by TRC Architecture for a local developer and builder, Arrow Plaza LLC.
