Wood-fire grilled dishes, Jarritos Mexican Soda cocktails and a gaming room for children are a few of the things that set a new Mexican restaurant apart from the rest.
Krazy Juan Mexican Steak House, 110 Uptown Drive, had a ribbon cutting ceremony on Nov. 21.
While the restaurant is owned by the same family who owns Coco Loco in Bay City and Saginaw, front of house manager Raudel Costilla said customers should expect a more upscale experience at Krazy Juan.
“The place doesn’t really fit the vibe for a regular Mexican restaurant, so that’s where the steak house part comes in,” Costilla said. “It’s a unique concept; you’re not going to find something like this within at least a 50-mile radius.”
