Shea Properties and its builder, Rush Commercial, began work on a large, phased apartment project in Shoreline about three years ago. What’s now Canopy, at 18815 Aurora Ave. N., was constructed from north to south, replacing some old retail and office buildings. Ankrom Moisan Architects designed the seven-story, 476-unit project, which began leasing in phases.
