Kim Kardashian, who successfully passed the California “baby bar” exam in 2021, has shared an insight into her law school journey. The ‘Kardashians’ star shared a photo of her notes on her Instagram story, saying, “I can’t deal w all these f****** hearsay exceptions!” She labeled this her “least favorite subject in law school.” The SKIMS founder has been pursuing a career in law since 2018. She began by enrolling in a four-year apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm to focus on criminal justice reform work. Kardashian failed the “baby bar” (which signifies the completion of the first year of law school) three times before passing it in 2021. “Know this wasn’t easy or handed to me… This was just the first one but with the harder pass rate. I was told by top lawyers that this was a close to impossible journey and harder than the traditional law school route, but it was my only option, and it feels so, so, sooooo good,” wrote Kardashian in a 2021 Instagram post. Kardashian believes her father, the late Robert Kardashian, would be “so proud” of her, as he was a successful attorney. She wrote her dad “would actually be so shocked to know that this is my path now” and feels that he would have been her “biggest cheerleader.”
