Pictured in late August, the building’s construction fencing is now down.
At Yesler Terrace, Exxel Pacific broke ground in the summer of 2022 on what’s now known as Swell, from Mack Real Estate Group. That eight-story, 200-unit apartment building, at 821 S. Washington St., received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the city this week.
