This view looks roughly west at the project, on the corner of Third Avenue West.
As the DJC reported last September, Koz Development and builder Kirtley-Cole began the demolition and groundwork at 300 W. Republican St. There, the eight-story, 169-unit Koz in Lower Queen Anne is now almost above grade, with a bright red crane from Rocky Mountain Cranes swinging overhead. Koz is its own architect for the project.
