Belle Harbour will have two components: the Inn, with 72 memory-care units; and the Park, with 73 units for assisted living.
Senior housing specialist Koelsch Communities, based in Olympia, recently announced some updates on a pair of significant projects. One is in Vancouver, while the 145-unit Belle Harbour is expected to open this summer in Bellevue at 2110 116th Ave. N.E. That’s a little east of Interstate 405, and directly west of Eastrail, where an old industrial complex once stood.
