Former President Barack Obama is hitting the campaign trail on Thursday night, making his first appearance for Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally in Pittsburgh.
Watch the event live in the player above.
That begins what the Harris campaign says will be a series of campaign stops Obama will make on the vice president’s behalf. Obama’s team says he will focus on swing states, especially those with key Senate races.

Obama has also recorded ads promoting Democratic Senate candidates in Michigan, Maryland and Florida.
