Mayor Bruce Harrell and local leaders gathered in the University District on Oct. 8 to celebrate the start of construction of the RapidRide J Line.
Project leaders met Tuesday to celebrate the start of construction of the RapidRide J Line. The project will upgrade King County Metro’s existing Route 70 which travels from the University District to downtown Seattle.
